Getting Started with Beyond Home Health Care

Our Customer Care Center is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Your call will be answered by one of our Home Care Professionals, who will listen to you and assess which services might be appropriate for your situation.

2.  Learn your options.

We’ll explain what you or your loved one are entitled to and answer all of your questions, so you have all the information you need.

3.  Decide on a plan.

After identifying you or your loved one’s home care needs, you can have your doctor call us with a referral.  Upon your request, we can contact your doctor on your behalf and inform him or her of the home care services we discussed that might be appropriate for your situation.

4.  Let us know and we’ll take care of the rest.

After you and your family have made a decision, let us know and we’ll take it from there. We’ll work with your loved one’s doctor to get a referral so that home care can begin as soon as possible.
